HR Director / Human Resource Business Partner leading company
- Willing to make a difference in the organization being part of HR team.
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development for company (including but not restricted to recruitment and selection policy/practices, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
Experience : More in HRBP.
Tentative KRA :
- This would be a classic HRBP role where the person would be responsible for entire employee life cycle, from Hiring till retiring and exit.
- Work to ensure compliance with the policies, objectives, standards, and requirements communicated
- Excellent relationship skills. Regularly engage with Business, National & Zonal Heads on people issue.
- Anticipate business needs and be the agent of change.
- Able to manage with senior business stakeholders. Need to have very high persuasive and influencing skills.
- HR and Manpower budgeting management and control
- Have worked in areas of Rewards, L&D, Talent Management.
- Have analytical thought. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with business and HR team to develop solution, program and intervention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Should be from organization with evolved people practices.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work on a range of tasks in a diverse team
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to support teams and partners especially to troubleshoot or offer guidance, as appropriate
