As a Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating proactively with the HR department and business management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on all HR matters, providing strategic insights and solutions.
- Align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and objectives.
Talent Management and Development:
- Drive talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify training and development needs and create programs to foster employee growth and development.
Employee Relations:
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication and employee engagement.
Change Management:
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive employee adoption and engagement.
HR Operations and Analytics:
- Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, HRIS, and reporting.
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I):
- Champion DE&I initiatives, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Develop and implement programs to support diversity goals and ensure equitable practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Partner with the compensation and benefits team to develop competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Ensure benefits programs meet employee needs and support organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role.
