This newly created role is far from ""HR as usual"" or HR as a traditional reactive supporting function. Instead it is directly linked to the Business & its objectives. It will be central to (absolutely full-cycle) Project Management, including PMO. Specifically this means a Senior HR Director (VP grade) Business Partner position has become available.

Job Description:

- Very simply, this is an extremely intellectually challenging position. Because it is so core it will be both high-profile (& certainly high recognition) but also demanding.

- The successful individual will have stakeholders from a direct report team, Partners within Asia-Pacific & Globally and also a place with the ""Top Table"" decision makers. Specifically, your business partnering remit will have responsibilities to each of the Functions within the organization.

- (In addition to your own team) you will provide the Leadership and Functional HR expertise - across the full scope of HR functions. Developing both Corporate & their own Business Unit HR teams.

For example, of interest to our client are those people who have established an Internal Communication Platform or Interface and have then systematically developed mechanisms for the whole business.

The Successful Candidate:

- The successful candidate will be entirely comfortable (yet challenged) by growing into a role that has complete ownership of a wide variety of Global HR projects. This is key. However, while our client is happy to consider the highest potential people; you still need to demonstrate examples where you have already been actively involved over the last circa 10 years in commercially important HR & HR Management work. This must correspond to the Role details given above.

- Academically we are interested in well-rounded, intelligent (scientific degree-level subjects will be advantageous), articulate, energetic people - exclusively from a very academically rigorous university.

- In these early stages of your career, you will have accumulated a comprehensive understanding of People, Organisational Development and ""business acumen"".
