Job Description:
- Based out of Bangalore, the role has the following key responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of the Healthcare practice from a leadership and operations perspective
- Manage the business development, and client engagement efforts in the Healthcare Analytics practice
- Coordinate with the Partner and other key stakeholders in the Healthcare Analytics business to define and manage the practice priorities at a local and global level
- Guiding and overseeing the building of a Healthcare Analytics knowledge repository
- Lead the recruitment efforts for the practice
- Contribute to Intellectual Property that would be useful in engagements in the Healthcare Analytics sector
- Work collaboratively with other senior Analytics leaders on firm development and management activities
The Successful Candidate:
- The Successful candidate will be someone with the following qualification and experience:
- 12+ Years of overall experience with at least 5 Years of specialist Healthcare Analytics experience
- Top Tier academic background (Masters/PhD in Statistics/Economics/Pharmaceutical disciplines will be preferred)
- Rich experience in the Healthcare, and Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in commercial areas like Pipeline Management, Sales Territory alignment, Sales force compensation strategy, clinical site selection etcetera
- End to end experience from a Healthcare Insurer and Provider perspective including marketing initiatives, fraud risk analytics, care management, and claims data management
- Knowledge of advanced Analytics tools and techniques like SAS, R/Revolution R, Regression, Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID, etcetera
- Excellent leadership and management skillset with a demonstrated commitment to building a highly functional and productive work environment
- Executive presence and ability to drive leadership efforts in a high performance culture
