- Talent Management & Organisational Development (TM & OD) is charged with identifying and developing talent and shaping a culture that continuously displays agility and innovation. - The role offers challenge and a sharp learning curve in Talent Management, OD and surveys to enhance organisational effectiveness. - The role holder would be anchored to TM & OD but have opportunities for project or delivery involvement in - Learning & Development- and - Performance Management Process- sub-domains, as part of one L&OD team. - Manage the identification of high potential talent and their development. This includes responsibility for the People Review Discussions and succession plan - Co-develop and deploy talent development programs for leaders and managers and identified talent segments (e.g. Women Leaders) - Conduct the Engagement Survey, Leadership Poll and Service Polls, share the findings and facilitate action planning and tracking with leaders/divisions - Design and develop structures, processes and practices for new age and agile HR, including a Job Rotation Framework for horizontal mobility - Influence and support other HR sub-domains and business stakeholders to ensure adoption of the - change- or the new Talent processes/practices - Support the implementation of the Talent Management processes in new HRMS and their rollout - Manage internal recognition processes and externally the applications for awards - MBA HR with 10-14 years relevant work experience Prefer profiles with ctc drawn and notice period required Comp 50 L
