Director/Head - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- The Operation Head - Supply and Network will lead strategic supply chain and operational projects, focusing on enhancing speed, reliability, customer experience, and growth.

- This role includes designing and implementing supply chain networks, driving cost savings, and managing large teams and complex operations.

Strategic Supply Chain Management:

- Lead end-to-end strategic supply chain and operational projects.

- Drive multi-year strategic product and engineering projects to maximize speed, reliability, customer experience, and growth.

Network Operations:

- Manage logistics and distribution networks to ensure efficient product flow.

- Optimize warehouse operations, transportation, and delivery processes.

- Implement best practices to improve network efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain and network strategies.

- Align supply chain strategies with business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.

- Create short-term and long-term plans for supply chain and network optimization.

Operational Efficiency:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess supply chain and network performance.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

- Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

- Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or network operations.

- Proven track record of leading and managing supply chain and network teams.
