Director/Head - Marketing - Telecom

Our Telecom client is looking to hire a Head of Marketing :

The Person :

- Experience at a national level with mobile (prepaid and postpaid) and fixed .

- Strong in product management, CVM, process design and product development.

- Similar experience in a mature market with P&L responsibility of at least $ 500Mn.

- Must be a telecom veteran.

- Must be at a salary bracket of 60-80 LPA currently.

The Role :

- Responsible for entire consumer marketing KPI's (customer,revenue, satisfaction and internal ) .

- Lead the Consumer Segments marketing Department and exceed the goals of the AOP.

- Manage the AOP, Marketing Planning and Budgeting

- Achieve revenue and margin objectives, migration targets, Opex management, CSAT.
