About our Client:

Our client is a large MNC Financial Services firm with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Shared Service Centre based out of Delhi NCR.

As part of growth of their captive centre, they are looking for a Director - Head of Marketing Analytics to lead their analytics team based out of Gurgaon supporting sales and marketing teams across global geographies. They are looking for a highly talented, innovative and collaborative leader to grow the team of analytics professionals.

Job Description:

- Reporting into Country Head, you will be responsible to lead and develop the marketing analytics capability and demonstrate effective leadership by inspiring a vision and motivating the team to excel and ensure delivery.

You would also be responsible for:

- Effectively manage and grow the team focused on evaluating, recommending and implementing business strategies and developing insights through analytics.

- Actively partner with onshore senior stakeholders across multiple lines of consumer businesses to build relationship and grow the business by identifying opportunities.

- Develop and deliver solutions across statistical modeling, market optimization, segmentation, campaign analysis etc.

The Successful Candidate:

As a successful applicant, you should have:

- Prior experience in leading the marketing analytics team for a financial institution or a consulting firm managing a large team of analytics professionals.

- Over 15 years of experience in within analytics business post your MBA/Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics or Maths).

- Candidates with IIT + IIM background will be preferred for the role.

- Experience in building and maturing analytics capability to advanced analytics like big data, predictive analytics and web analytics for a financial services firm.

- You have exceptional management, analysis and presentation skills and have demonstrated experience to attract and retain a high performing team.
