- Knowledge of L & D framework
- Designed and Developed learning and development initiatives in large organization
- Core enterprise understanding to institutionalize learning and development programs
- Ability to get buy in from business for learning and development projects
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good Presentation, Oral and written communication skills.
