Reporting: VP - South East Asia Reportees: Account Managers, Digital Marketing, Supply ops Key Responsibilities : 1. Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to meet the stretch goal of our consumer reach and acquisition. Focus on existing product portfolio and liaise with partners for hyper growth.- 2. Responsible for driving end2end P&L for the beauty e-commerce business in India . 3. Develop and drive business plan in line with the business & Brand strategy ensuring optimal efficiency. 4. Drive revenue and profitability thru' sales value, high transaction volume, new customer acquisition and repeat sales. 5. Increase product listings and prioritization by working with channel partners and improve traffic via paid, organic channels on marketplaces and scale the brand, products. 6. Ensure inventory availability across locations, pin codes and ensure high fulfilment, low returns and great customer experience and reviews 7. Build excellent relationship with all relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal engagement and exploring / expanding business opportunities. 8. Study competitor trends and work with the management to create a market leading portfolio 9. Closely monitor and review the Operational SLAs that have been agreed and being delivered to customers and lead periodic business reviews with customer to review the performance and recommend initiatives to drive volume and profitability.- 10. Work with Business/category teams to drive 'own platform' growth Competencies required: 1. A doer mindset with top pedigree (IIMs/ISB) 2. 10+ years of experience of handling eCom business either at platform or brand side 3.
