Director/Head - Design & Dev - Real Estate

A senior opportunity of Director/ Head - Design & Developement for a $2 Billion PE funded Real Estate organization based in Gurgaon, India.

Experience: 20-30 years

Age of individual: 50 whereabouts

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: MD of Real Estate

Nature of business: Luxurious apartments, condominiums, high-end villas.

Indirect & direct reportees: 50 indirect & 7-8 senior direct reportees

- The incumbent will be responsible for overall design of national projects, supervising and overseeing execution of design, project management, setting up and maintaining of BEST PRACTICES, ensuring highest quality etc.

- The candidate shall coordinate all Design Development and coordination between various sub-verticals of Architecture, MEP, Structure, Environment, Landscape, Interiors and IT application on projects.

- A senior profile with years of relevant experience specially in projects overseas looking at the entire Project Management portfolio this having knowledge of constructability of designs and site related issues as well. Also open for ex-pats who have worked on high end projects globally.

- Candidates with extensive experience in project management, handling design of multiple world-class luxurious projects, strong real estate design background are best suited for this role.

Budget can go up to INR 1Cr or more for the right candidate!
