Director Head of India (Head of Consulting Strategy APAC)
Job Description :
- Report to the Head of Asia Pacific. As a member APAC management team partner with key stakeholders across the business in all aspects of commercial and business strategy, commercial operations and planning.
- Grow new relationships and develop the relationship with existing clients. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
- Head of Strategy and engagement for consulting clients in the region
- Lead client advocacy and work with local team
- Monitor and manage customer satisfaction and retention for a demanding client group
- Drive close cooperation between the offices as we share best practices throughout the organization
- Oversee a team Tokyo Team ; be responsible for management decision making as well as delivering against the strategic plan
- Own the local budget and KPIs
What You Have :- University degree from a top-tier institution
- A minimum of 9 years' proven sales track record in renowned consulting firm B2B solutions sales in the region. Background in selling and understanding the value of research services a bonus
- At least 8+ years' team management experience
- Client-facing experience with senior-level executives (C-level and VPs)
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment, entrepreneurial mindset, and an unwavering desire to succeed
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to delve into details
- Fluent English is essential
- Previous international experience a plus
