Director - Growth & Retention - Tech SaaS
About the Client: Our client is one of the leading players in the Customer Experience space having SaaS-based solutions and helping SMB clients in the US Market. They are a well funded and profitable company selling in the US region.
Role :
- The role is to manage the accounts, retain and cross-sell/up-sell to accounts in the US market.
- The candidate would own a portfolio of SMB accounts and drive engagement with the clients
- Building and driving business through up-selling the product offering
- Driving KPIs through engagement with the client sponsors and building customer awareness
- Being the leader of the post-sales process, and working towards up-selling and renewals with the clients
- Achieving high sense of customer satisfaction and with focus on growing the accounts by being the trusted advisor to the engagement partners and sponsors
The role is based out of Gurgaon and would be working in the evening shift (6 pm - 3 am)
About the Candidate :
The candidate would report to the Co-founder and should have/be :
- 12-16 years of experience in account management, sales
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage senior stakeholders from the client's side
- Deep understanding of customer dynamics and an entrepreneurial approach to business
- Good experience in managing SMB market in the US region
