Director - Growth Marketing - Consumer Business

We are hiring Head Growth Marketing for one of the fastest growing Ecommerce startup.

Location : Mumbai.

Job Profile:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to attract home sellers and buyers to the platform.

- Identify and leverage both digital and hyperlocal marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences.

- Create and manage effective marketing campaigns across online platforms, including social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.

- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand presence and drive referrals.

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize growth strategies and identify new opportunities.

- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.

- Monitor and measure the performance of all growth initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data and feedback.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies.

Required Skill Set:

- 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing or Digital Marketing roles, ideally in consumer brands or startups.

- Exceptional track record in past jobs / academics.

- Strong analytical and design thinking skills.

- Track record of being a hustler and getting things done.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven track record of successfully driving growth through digital and hyperlocal marketing channels.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and improvement.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
