Director - Growth (B2B SAAS candidates preferred) - EdTech
Its an Ed tech startup company and funded by top Venture Capital Firm.
You will be responsible for coming up with non-linear growth ideas and seeing them to execution. Here are a few ideas that fall in that bucket:
1. Referral and affiliate programs
2. Collaboration with associations, community members and other external partners
3. Growth strategies for the freemium model
4. More? Its an open field for you to come in to ideate and execute :)
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in working in growth roles in B2B SAAS
- User first mindset - in our case the teaching community; we look for people who always strive to understand our users deeply and build the best for them
