As part of the growth team, we drive end-to-end structured growth for the Organization: from improving top of mind awareness to acquisition and activation of new users, all the way to engaging and retaining them, even resurrecting churned users. Beyond increasing the total active user base at Organization, we are also the custodians of channelizing user intent in the most optimal way (managing homepage, leveraging deal constructs etc.) and also increasing repeat preference for the Organization through sale events and loyalty program.

Role Dimension:

As Director, Growth of the Intent channelization and Repeat preference charter, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the most optimal channelization of user intent across personas (casual browsers, deal-seekers etc.) and maximize repeat preference for the Organization by building a rock solid Loyalty program and executing the most exciting sale events in the country. This will entail solving a wide range of problems (covered below), with the help of a rockstar team and other cross functional stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Define the vision for your charter, take audacious goals on each sub-charter.

- Break down vision into actionable problems for each team through a Problem first mindset and User-first thinking.

- Invest in your team to mentor them and make them future leaders.

- Homepage - Develop a curated, personalized homepage with merchandizing excellence for our users.

- Deals - Build the most lucrative and gamified deal constructs for users.

- Sale - Lead all monthly sale events and the annual mega blockbuster sale.

- Loyalty - Deliver 100X value to users and the Organization through the Organization's smart coins.

Qualifying Criteria:

- 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Ops/Management with a consulting background or high-growth startup;

- 2+ years of relevant "Growth team experience" is preferred.

- Structured problem-solving skills, 10X thinking, Extreme ownership.

- People management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Mandatory:

- Consulting experience along with Growth experience in eCommerce.

- Stability in Career.

- MBA from Tier 1 academic institutions.
