Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Growth.
- This role is pivotal in driving and optimizing growth initiatives for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business.
- The ideal leader will have a proven track record in scaling consumer brands, leveraging digital marketing strategies, and optimizing customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive revenue and market share for our D2C business.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and lifetime value enhancement.
- Implement robust performance tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in growth strategies.
Qualification and Experience :
- Proven track record of 8+ years in growth marketing roles, ideally within the D2C sector.
- Demonstrated success in scaling consumer brands and driving significant revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
