- 15+ years relevant experience, preferably in managing content or research teams with exposure to news/events editorial activities. Team membership of multicultural teams / global teams is an advantage
- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Journalism or Mass communication
- Manage operations with experience in handling large volumes and dynamic resource allocation
- Plan, forecast and manage in a dynamic environment and prioritise the work according to delivery expectations
- Implement quality standards to achieve process excellence while identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention and optimize cost & productivity
- Responsible for client satisfaction as measured through CSAT scores
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients (both at onsite and off-shore) to understand their pain areas-working to apply their insights to challenge and modify current approaches/ways of doing thing
- Support opportunity pursuits (differentiators, underlying risks, scope) and identify areas of value add that can be taken up for account mining
- Shape, drive and be held accountable for delivering significant strategic initiatives across broad scope/processes (s) in liaison with key stakeholders
