Job Responsibilities :

- Implementation and compliance of Global Transfer Pricing Policy

- Adherence to the Transfer Pricing guidelines and ensuring that the profitability across the Service Companies is in line with the cost transfer pricing methodology, resulting in accurate transfer pricing for the receiving trading entities.

- Lead global transfer pricing planning, strategy, compliance and litigation with timely completion of projects & successful orders.

- Undertaking global transfer pricing risk management.

- Managing global transfer pricing engagements and assist Indian and overseas MNC clients in implementing the global transfer pricing planning

- Brainstorming on client's cross border transaction and Benchmarking Analysis

- Financial/Statistical Analysis of Comparable Companies

- Arm's length Margin calculation with Adjustments

- Preparing and Finalizing Project Report

- Engagement with Company's member firms in US/Europe

- Performing statistical analysis to arrive at an arm's length margin using TPSMART software.

- Running financial models comparing tested party's data (client) with the comparable companies.

Skills/Expertise:

- Knowledge of Global Transfer pricing process, and specifically, Benchmarking analysis

- Intimate knowledge of Compustat, Amadeus, Osiris, One Source and Oriana databases.
