- Looking at Global Telecom procurement (voice / data links) / vendor management / sourcing profiles. We need specifically Global telecom & Carrier experience.

Overview :

We are seeking a senior level position for Global Sourcing & Procurement division experienced in developing and executing the Global Telecom sourcing and procurement strategies, including supplier identification and partnering globally.

He/she will have an excellent knowledge of Telecom industry / products and services offering; well-connected within the Telecom industry; have a good knowledge of integrated ERP systems, IT / ITES concepts and world-class supply chain practices.

This sourcing professional will partner collaboratively with the IT Telecom Group to develop and execute category objectives and also for various global project expansions. This role will focus on IT Global Telecom spend (Voice / Data) for the Organization's Corporate IT organization.

This role will also play a key role in the development of policies and processes to :

- To ensure cost effective Vendor Development, Alternate sourcing, Value Engineering, etc. for Telecom services globally & particularly at N.A. level

- Establish and achieve targets on continuous cost reduction and supplier rationalization for telecom services

- Monitoring and controlling location Purchases for telecom services. Budget Analysis and identifying procurement strategy for telecom services

- Follow-up with Telecom Service vendors on delivery

- Maintain strategic relationships globally and continue to build relationships wherever we expand.

Responsibilities :

- Provide senior level support for Telecom contract, Contracts closure, supplier negotiations and discussions.

- Global Telecom Strategic Sourcing, Spend Analysis, Vendor Management

- Preparation of RFP, Floating RFP and receiving the same, analyse and carry out negotiations and recommend the right techno / commercial fitment

- Collaboration with Technology telecom team and work as business enablers

- Partner in critical vendor reviews (strategic and operational).

- Weekly / periodical business review with all stakeholders on project progress / pending works etc.

- Support and coordinate the standardization of processes with support of Global Procurement / Shared services team.

- To manage and maintain the Global Telecom contract database and trigger timely renewals with Technology team
