Director - Global Head of Brand and Marketing Communication
Job Description
About the Role:
The head of Brand Marketing will lead brand strategy inclusive of corporate and business communications campaigns and network building across internal and external channels. You will be in charge of the development of thought leadership initiatives and lead outward PR strategies and plans that promotes positive organization image and reputation. You additionally will play the role of ensuring that all branding programs are aligned with the business objectives and that they are optimized and to multiple audiences. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
You Will:
- Is the brand champion and expert while ensuring brand integrity in all respects
- You and us plans, implements, and executes successful corporate and business marketing programs for audience
- You and us set brand planning calendar, coordinates activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables
- Work with business marketing team for specific marketing strategies for customers
- Lead the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, fan conventions, and other marketing vehicles
- You and us develop relationships with various industry bodies and provides support as needed at various corporate and business events
- You and us plan and execute events and promotions within fan communities.
- Actively engages, cultivates, and manages press relationships that ensure the coverage of the business's/product's programs, events, public announcements, among other projects. You will also be in charge of the day-to-day communications activities inclusive media budgeting, planning, and auditing on top of providing marketing counsel to publication departments in order to ensure that positive impact of each publication towards the business
- You and us provide reporting to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing corporate and business promotion programs.
You'll Need:
- Master's degree in marketing or related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing
- Brand management experience
- Essential initiative planning and execution
