- This person will be expected to take accountability of delivery, financials, customer interactions, stakeholder management and drive delivery led sales. This person is also expected to bring in the prior experience to shape deals and solution deals to create a winning proposition.

They will have 17+ years of experience in Insurance Portfolio Delivery or Insurance program leadership with a strong project track record and demonstrated contribution to delivery enabled sales & pre-sales. A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.

Experienced in Insurance Industry & Technology landscape- Preferred experience of working on a Global Model having background on the industry functioning in NA, EMEA & APAC regions- Delivery Executive Experience (Managed Services, Project Implementations, Release-based Implementations)- Fixed Price/Fixed Fee/Fixed Capacity/contracts
- Led and delivered multi-tower initiatives
- Should be well versed with delivery operations
- Direct involvement in shaping deals, including financial and delivery aspects
- Leading, Guiding, Managing, and Motivating a diverse team including consistent high performers, driving consistent engagement across the team
- Prior experience of handling 1000+ people will be preferred
- Guide and develop next level of leaders (Project managers, delivery managers, client engagement leads)
- Prefer insurance experience with strong exposure to Digital, Data, Cloud, and Business Transformations
- Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions
- Ability to manage ambiguity and look at creative solutions
- Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
