Director Operation (GM/AVP) -RPO (Philippines)

- Build relationships with clients within account portfolio. Act as a primary point of contact for client program teams and Co's operations. Actively participate in the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) and other client meetings; create and implement sourcing and fulfilment strategies for each account; serve as an escalation point for matters that cannot be resolved by the program management team; and align departmental deliverables with the business financial goals to help achieve revenue and GM targets.

- Hire, manage, train, develop a team of managers and leaders; responsible for overall management of program including contractual agreements and performance to SLA's and KPI's.

- Development of financial knowledge and responsibility for segments of the account(s) through effective financial management and forecasting. Partnering with the VP/Sr. Director level supervisor/ Board to expand existing accounts, identify new customers, and positively impact planned budget.

- Communicating the process and benefits of the solution to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects and additional service offerings

- Analysing and communicating recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk

- Monitoring the delivery of recruitment services in accordance with the Co's Policy, ensuring seamless delivery between the onsite and offshore resources

- Ensuring the team is fully briefed on the contractual recruitment delivery process to include in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages and team responsibilities

- Developing an effective Talent Pool framework for all Business units to include job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and an articulated engagement plan per role type

- Managing relationships with 3rd party service providers as assigned

- Representing the client brand in the market to attract and retain talent, developing a reputation of recruitment best practice/employer of choice

- Monitoring service delivery against contractual terms and manage out of scope service requests and provide support for proposal management where appropriate

- Recruiting, inducting, and training new team members where and when required

- Create and implement customized training materials that align with company standards and focus on key customer initiatives. Partnering with ES Leaders, Director of Training and other company stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and execution.

- Ensuring effective performance optimisation of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set, and appropriate development plans are devised, and mentoring is provided as required

- Ensure policies, procedures and practices are complied with, and support pre-sales and sales activities by participating in proposal responses to RFI's or RFP's as well as sales presentations.

Qualification And Experience:

1. 15+ years of increasingly responsible experience in a recruitment outsourcing environment, or other relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of the RPO industry, corporate recruiting, recruitment processes and employment law.

2. Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology within the staffing industry

3. A high level of experience working in a leadership role for a recruitment solution, ideally within the RPO environment

4. Ability to effectively manage in a very fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, which requires the incumbent to possess strong time management skills.

5. Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time

6. Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends

7. Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models would be preferred

8. Intimate knowledge of customer relationship management principles and the ability to apply those skills.

9. Capacity to think, concentrate and focus for long periods of time.

10. Capacity to reason and make sound decisions.

11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills.

12. Advance user of the MS Office suite and recruiting systems, along with having data analytics and problem-solving mindset.
