Director General/CEO - Real Estate

We have an opportunity with one of our clients in the Real Estate Industry

Position: Director General/ CEO

Location: Delhi/NCR (people from Anywhere in India can apply if open for relocation)

Job Description: The person should be a former IAS officer.

- Define & implement the business execution strategy in all connected aspects

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders like Government Authorities, Industry Associations etc with a long term perspective

- Lead project review meetings with the concerned parties

- Provide inputs to develop the resource deployment schedule to match the engineering construction schedule

- Identify licenses and approvals required in a proactive manner and get the same done

- Work closely with other members of the corporate senior management for all business related matters and speedy resolution of issues

- Develop strong internal audit team or identify / develop suitable vendors for the same.

- Develop & implement SOP of all operating level activities or outsource the work and get it completed with quality certification

- Achieve & Evaluate the profitability of the business unit by adhering to the budget & Business Plan

- To Generate revenue for the organisations activities

- To introduce policies for more transparency in Real estate sector

- Create conducive environment for partnerships

- Ensure cost control with respect to contractors and material handling to prevent loss or wastage of raw materials

- Ensure that the business unit is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements

- Candidate must demonstrate team building strengths by developing a core functional team

- Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role
