Principal Responsibilities :

Drives strategic development of Fund Services operations

Ensures error-free and efficient Fund Administration operations across all clients

Migrates best practices across client segments (Mutual Funds, Insurance and PMS) and from other markets

Monitors new products in the market and ensures that the operations is geared to handle changes/new products in the market

New client & New Product implementation

Manages operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting

Stimulates effective team work and maintaining high team morale / job satisfaction
