HNI Director (Not for profit sector)
- Work with the Gala committee to curate and execute the Gala.
- Work with the founder, CEO and board to develop a dialogue to present at each event. At each event organise cultivates a subset of high volume donors and the role will be specifically responsible for cultivating these people
- Oversee curation of other key engagement events for HNI and Major donors
- Leverage the existing HNI Database of the organisation with creative touch points to deepen relationships and increased giving.
- Develop strategies to identify and build the HNI customers for charity, thereby achieving targeted revenues
- Building chapter Boards across India
- Build on the current and develop more Institution/ Family offices while working with the SME, CEO, and founder
- The organisation is looking at developing 10-20 individuals in India who could donate 1 CR INR and above per annum. Identifying and cultivating these individuals
- Revenue Generation with a fundraising portfolio of 10 crores annually over a 2 year.
