Director - Fund accounting and Taxation

JOB OBJECTIVE :

The Director-Fund Accounting and Taxation will be primarily responsible for maintenance of Books of Accounts, managing disbursements, receivables, vendor payables and adhere with SOP.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Description

- Maintenance of books of accounts in ERP and finalization of Financials for AMC and Funds.

- Through knowledge on Indian Accounting standards.

- Handling of Both Direct and Indirect taxation for Group

- Should have good understanding on ITR filling and other Forms (i.e. Like FATCA, CRS, Form 61A, Form 64C and Form 64D)

- Handling of Various from investors and provide timely information to stake holders, provide inputs relating to accounting and taxation for new products development.

- Managing entire statutory compliance on timely manner for entire Group.

- Thorough knowledge on Fund Taxation.

- Handling of both Statutory audit and internal audit

- Preparation of timely MIS.

- To ensure compliance with SEBI, Corporate and Tax laws.

- Through knowledge on various capital market transactions (i.e. Like NCD, PTC, CP Etc.,)

- Handling of Various from investors and provide timely information to stake holders, provide inputs relating to accounting and taxation for new products development.

- Managing entire statutory compliance on timely manner for entire Group.

- Thorough knowledge on Fund Taxation.

- Handling of both Statutory audit and internal audit

- Preparation of timely MIS.

- To ensure compliance with SEBI, Corporate and Tax laws.

- Through knowledge on various capital market transactions (i.e. Like NCD, PTC, CP Etc.,)

SPECIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES :

Minimum Qualifications : Qualified CA

Minimum Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 years relevant experience in accounting NBFC / financial services industry.

Skills Required :

- Understanding of accounting, payment processing and related tax aspects including GST, TDS.

- Understanding about statutory compliances, return fling.

- interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated individual having an ability to work individually and as part of a team
