About our Client - Our client is a MNC Bank providing companies, institutional clients and high-net-worth private clients worldwide, as well as retail clients with advisory services, comprehensive solutions, and excellent products. With more work being transitioned to their CoE in Pune, they are looking for a seasoned finance professional with strong experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting.

Job Description - Reporting to a Senior Director, your key responsibilities will include:

- Establish and lead the delivery of a world class hub for consolidated Group Reporting activities covering Statutory, Regulatory and Management Reporting disciplines.

- Contribute to the strategy setting for the offshore team, actively collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve the target operating model.

- Lead a team responsible for delivering core consolidated Group Reporting activities, including multi jurisdiction regulatory reporting, statutory reporting and management reporting activities.

- Manage any internal and external audit requirements.

- Create a culture of high energy, trust and collaboration within offshore team and wider extended team, leveraging Lean and other best practice management tools.

- Act as an integral member of the India Financial Control management team.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 14 to 15 years of post qualification experience within Banking / Big4 / Services industry with exposure to Regulatory Reporting, IFRS, GAAP's, Financial Control or Legal Entity Control. Prior experience in managing teams and a proven track record of managing stakeholders across multiple geographies is a must.
