Director - Financial Planning & Analysis - IT

As a Director FP&A you will play a key business advisory role supporting decision making at a senior level, highlighting key financial issues and risks to be considered.

Job Synopsis:

1) Own and drive the budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes.

Run future financial projections; budgeting, forecasting, reporting and control of the P&L; cash flow and capital adequacy management; scenario analysis and risk management support

2) Drive transformation through automation and simplification of processes; implement industry best practices

3) Be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to the business functions in India in achieving short-term and long-term financial goals

4) Able to build strong and enduring relationships across the organization and facilitate collaborations, transparent communications, and alignment between diverse constituents.

5) Manage continuously evolving environment and high levels of ambiguity while driving strategy and transformation.

6) Lead and develop the FP&A team through effective performance management techniques to enable achievement of business and personal objectives.

7) Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Group's products and services

Desired Qualifications:

MBA with specialization in Finance or CA

Experience in working IT , IT Services , Product , Captive , SAAS Industry preferred

Experience in hiring, building and managing teams
