We have an opening for Leading IB for Female candidate for Director- FP&A role for Pune Location .

A senior level resource looking to become a key SME providing high quality, end to end reporting and analytical services to our Finance CFO and Corporate Centre functional clients. The role requires team management skills in addition to being an individual contributor

Your team :

You'll be working as part of Finance team based in Pune, India. We are a team created to deliver best in class reporting and analysis to support the decision making processes for the CFOs relating to month end book close, forecasting and budgeting

Your expertise :

- CA qualification or MBA from reputed institution

- Minimum 15 years of related FP&A experience esp. to support Corporate Centre functions in a global organisation, preferably in Banking industry

- Experience of servicing global senior level stakeholders

- Group level reporting and legal entity structures experience

- Proven change management and process improvement experience. Problem solving skills and ability to challenge client

- Proven capability of leading strategic initiatives, re-engineering/re-structuring, exposure to automation of financial processes

- Good team management skills experience of handling a team size of 25-30 people with expertise in managing end to end responsibilities e.g., work allocation, leave management, performance appraisal, developing & mentoring, etc..

- Hands on experience and ability to be a SME with individual contribution as well as do a deep dive for issue resolution.

You are:

- an individual with adequate detail orientation

- strong leader with good people management skills & ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English

- proficient in MS Office Excel, PPT, etc., good knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, ESSBASE, etc.
