Director - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

This is a senior leadership role in Finance Centre as to lead the FP&A teams for all regions and products.

Essentials:

- Interaction with extremely senior stakeholders - All global & regional product CFO's & FP&A Heads

- Strong people management skills - large team of 100+ people

- Drive key transformation projects & re-engineering projects globally.

- Play a key role in supporting implementation of Business Initiatives with respect to the Balance Sheet, Expenses & profitability.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA- Finance with at least 15 years of progressive experience across finance functions like Business/financial Planning, Controllership, CFO support, Reporting etc.

- Must have worked in a senior challenging role with a Bank, Financial Institution or Banking COE.

- Strong understanding of Banking business, FP&A process and CFO function

- Excellent financial analysis and management reporting background
