Role: Looking to hire finance professional to join the Strategic Finance function which is part of the Finance Organization. Strategic Finance is responsible for the firm budgeting, forecasting, Senior Management reporting, profitability analysis and other strategic analysis work.

Job Description:

- Consolidated & Business segment Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting

- Manage and own non-comp expenses for firm, segment, and funds

- Owner of consolidated non-comp expenses in India and lead the Non-Comp team in India

- In addition, will be the primary business unit owner to deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting tracking actuals vs. budget / forecast with key metrics for areas such as Finance, the business and other departments (e.g., Corporate Services, Legal)

- Spearhead, manage, and run point on the annual budget, long-term plan and monthly forecasts

Requirement:

- 14+ years of financial analysis experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and experience in Financial Planning and Analysis

- Exposure to complex organizational structures

- Highly analytical; Excellent Excel-based modeling skills are required.
