Director - Finance Transformation

Hiring for the role of Director- Finance Transformation for Gurgaon location:

Overall Business Improvement roadmap and agenda, including owning process mapping, opportunity identification, project prioritization and pipeline management

- Execution of improvement work through a small dedicated team and working with process and system subject matter experts from around the Group and from external partners

- Standardization of our processes into robust, well documented, and globally delivered processes

- Process improvement through issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution or re-engineering

- Identification of opportunities for process automation, and oversight of automation life cycle from scoping through to deployment and support

- Governance around process definition, documentation, maintenance and change management

- Contributing to the design and maintenance of Risk and Control Matrices across our global processes.
