Hiring Director of Finance Shared Services Operations, Hyderabad for an innovative Global Technology Organization

- We are seeking an exceptional finance leader to spearhead the establishment and growth of our Client's new Finance Shared Service Operations.

- A Chartered Accountant with 18 years+ experience in Finance GBS possessing extensive experience in setting up or scaling finance SSCs for major multinational companies.

- This role will be instrumental in supporting Group Finance Treasury and will oversee the expansion to 100+ roles.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the creation and development of Finance Shared Service Operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

- Represent the Finance SSC to global stakeholders, building credibility and fostering effective communication channels.

- Develop and improve SSC processes and procedures, maintaining a focus on service delivery excellence.

- Implement best practices in finance, including Procure to Pay and Record to Report, while ensuring compliance with internal controls in a SOX 404 environment.

- Drive the adoption and optimization of finance technology, particularly Oracle, to enhance operational efficiency.
