Director Finance Shared Services

- We are handling an exciting and challenging opportunity for the role of Director Finance Shared Services for a leading company.

- Extensive experience in Finance Shared Center Operations, R2R, P2P, O2C, FA, IC, Payroll, Reconciliations, Process Improvement & Transformation, Internal Controls (SOX, ICFR), Project Management, and M&A integration.

- Managing financial planning and management reporting and providing services to the business unit for India region

- Providing MI reporting (revenue & Cost- incl. GM, EBIT, Cash flows, Revenue Forecast), TLC / TLR and SGA etc.

- Working with the Business leadership team to develop the annual planning targets and guidance on the completion cycle.

- Provide analytical insight to support business in decision making by providing customer trend / analysis.

- Managed the Accounts Payable (including foreign remittance), Accounts Receivable for India entities.

- Lead the Finance operational activities, implementing & monitoring finance processes (AP, AR, R2R)

- Leading the P2P process viz-a-viz the Cash flow targets, overseeing the vendor reconciliation. Removed bottleneck & & implemented measures for streamline P2P process.

- Strong knowledge of igaap, tax & GST.

- CA is must with 18 to 22 years of experience.
