Director - Finance - SaaS Business - CA

- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies

- Manage external auditors & other stakeholders

- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions

Financial Information:

- Oversee the issuance of financial information

- Report financial results to the board of directors

- Personally, review and approve all Forms and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (in preparation and if/when the company is publicly held)

Risk Management:

- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry

- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

- Ensure that the company complies with all legal, statutory & regulatory requirements

- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

- Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors

Funding:

- Experience in fund raising - inception to closure

- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

- Arrange for debt financing and equity financing

Profile : 

As an ideal candidate, you are a qualified CA with 10+ years of exposure in heavy business partnering, along with managing end-to-end finance, which includes fund raising for a fast growing organisation. As an individual, you must posses excellent communication skills and also showcase excellent analytic & critical thinking abilities.
