About our Client: Our client is an infrastructure group that was established in 2003 to develop power projects with a focus on renewable and green energy. They are about to expand their operations and need a leader to help them achieve the growth objectives.

Job Description:

- As the Finance Director you will report into the MD and be responsible to establish and monitor corporate financial policies

- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting

- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs and manage project finance, capital budgeting & new ventures

- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including:

- organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational budgets

- Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts

- Internal and statutory audit, quarterly and yearly balance sheet

- Work very closely with the MD to charter a clear and robust growth path for the organization

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a qualified professional with atleast 15+ years of overall exposure and have worked on infrastructure projects.

- You have excellent banking relations and have raised funds of about INR 2000crs through various sources.

- You have a keen commercial acumen and have helped scale up businesses in the past.

- You posses strong leadership skills and preferably have IPO exposure.
