Qualification & Experience:
- An academic degree preferably in the area of Business Economics, Audit, and/or Management Studies
- More than 5 years of managerial experience in an international company
- Financial, HR , IT, administrative, and legal
- A people-oriented management style and high teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with internal Stakeholders and Budget Owners to prepare quarterly / annual Work Programs, Cost Forecasts, Budgets, Updates to the Multi-Year Development Plans, ad hoc reports and presentations, capital, treasury and currency management.
- Participate in periodical Cost / Performance Review meetings and budget deviations with the Leadership Team Members.
- Setting up and restructuring the Teams according to the needs of the company, doing Performance Evaluations, Training and aligning teams and goals, and executing integration activities.
- Ensuring all compliances and building support capabilities in infrastructure - administration, legal and IT through internal/external teams
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling all financial, administrative, and legal issues as well as HR and IT. Every year you will make a five-year development plan, including investment & personnel plans and cost development, in close collaboration with the other two Managing Directors
