Director - Finance Change Management/Transformation

Role and Responsibilities

As the Director - Finance Change you will be responsible for

- Work with the Group Finance Change global lead to refine and execute the location strategy and operating model for Group Finance Change function in Pune

- Develop and manage the Pune Group Finance Change team, by engaging and grooming internal talent, ensuring suitable book of work assignment, hiring for new roles and filling gaps in organization structure via internal or external hiring

- Delivery responsibility for one or more global projects/program that involves all aspects of the delivery life cycle including budget, resource plans, planning, execution and governance. Responsibility includes preparing for and running operating and steering committees.

- Play a key role in the People Agenda for Finance Change, Pune by leading one or more initiatives focused in that area.

Essential Criteria

To be eligible for this role you will need to have

- A Graduate /Post Graduate certificate in any discipline preferably in Finance .

- 15+ years of experience in Financial Services Industry

- Experience in a Change function driving large impact change/transformation programmes preferably in finance

- Experience managing mid to large teams including off-site teams
