The Position will be responsible for managing the financial sustainability, driving financial performance & maximizing return on investments. The Role will provide Strategic financial advice to the CEO, business heads of respective entities and will play a pivotal role in formulating future strategies.
Desired Profile
1. Chartered accountant.
2. Total experience of 15-20 years with a minimum of 5 years at CFO level position responsible for financial leadership role handling multiple entities.
3. Age bracket-45-50 years.
4. Experience in Service segment with exposure of merger & acquisition, fund raising is must.
5. Experience in handling minimum of 1000 cr revenue with systems & process driven ERP run organisation.
Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership and management to the finance, accounting, commercial, compliance, collection functions.
2. Business and financial planning.
3. Take care budgeting, forecasting and implementation.
4. Develop and promote a framework to drive financial acumen and accountability across the organisation, provide timely and meaningful analysis and reporting to operational leaders.
5. Responsible for oversight of financial internal controls and coordination of all financials audit.
6. Maintain external relationship with banks, auditors and third party vendors.
7. Contribute to the Business strategies and ensure financial objectives are aligned across the respective companies.
8. Cascade groups financial strategies into an effective business plan for all its operating companies and ensure maximum alignment between organisational objective and operating companies' activities.
9. Lead the continual refinement of smarter information systems in financial reporting, increased financial and operational KPI information, trend analysis and benchmarking group performance against the agreed benchmarks.
10. Partner with Business heads on all operational and strategic issues as they arise and provide them strategic recommendation time to time.
11. Ensure that funding line in place and proactively manage with lenders to raise funds across the group.
12. Develop and manage financial and tax strategies across the group.
13. Managing risk framework, including all aspect of leal compliances strategic as well as operational risk identification and monitoring
14. To ensure that appropriate systems and processes are in place across the respective businesses this include but not limited to raising funds at a group level, group reporting, risk management, group level compliances, cash flow management.
15. Act as center for excellence on key corporate area's of finance, strategy investment decision support, risk and value management.
