Director - Finance - CA - Startup

Location: Noida

Role: Finance Director for a VC funded start-up.

- Experience - 8-12 years- experience in managing Finance, Accounts & Controllership activities with an organization of repute.

- Candidates from IT product companies only may apply

- Qualification - CA

- Manage day to day and end to end finance activities like Closing of Books of Accounts, Invoicing, Cost Management, Fund management, MIS, Compliance etc. Experience in USGAAP is mandatory.

- Start-up / Investor reporting/ VC Interaction is required.

- Experience in Fund Raising, Investor Reporting preferred.

- Stakeholder Management - Strong experience in working closely with the Co-founders, Leadership Team & Investors.
