Job Description:

- As the Finance Director you will report into the Regional CFO and be responsible to Direct all corporate functions within the finance domain to ensure policies and procedures meet organizational and statutory requirements

- Drive business performance through strong decision making supported by key business analysis

- Contribute towards corporate goals and objectives and provide strong business partnership to achieve business growth plans

- Provide strong leadership and vision to the 50+ member finance team

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a qualified CA and have finance leadership experience of heading a business size of more than INR 1000cr.

- You have experience working across multiple business units and geographies of large FMCG/FMCD/ Retail organizations.

- You possess a high degree of business maturity and can influence key stakeholder internally & externally to promote growth in an ethical manner.

- You have displayed a mix of functional and strategic competency and have contributed significantly to achieve business targets. You have excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills.
