- We are looking for 15+ yrs of experience, CA and someone who has managed large teams (300+ Span) and worked in areas of Record to Report, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Corporate Treasury Finance.

- We will prefer someone from Captive Banking setups as the familiarity to matrix reporting culture is important.

- The person will be leading the Finance COE (300+ span) . Current team size should be more than 200 ppl.

- He is accountable for all Finance global shared services, inclusive of Record to Report, Source to Pay, Inform to Manage, Finance Systems, Data Management, and additional processes (e.g. Tax, Treasury, etc.).

- 15+ years experience managing finance operations, 3-5 of those at an executive level for a multi-billion dollar financial services institution.

- 5+ years experience managing day to day global (inclusive of EMEA and APAC) multi-service line shared service organizations to include knowledge based Centers of Excellence (COEs), in addition to mass transaction processing, and enterprise solutions support.
