Job Description: Director -Finance

Location: Delhi/NCR

Experience: 15+ years

Salary-80-90 lacs

Preferred Industry: Shared Services/BPO/ITES

- Manages complex issues across organisational boundaries and has tangible responsibilities

- Typically will have experience of working in different industries / Lines of Business – would have experience of across a range of financial disciplines / functional areas.

- Can change roles with ease and quickly get to grips with the financial and commercial challenges of different work areas and or regions / countries.

- Develops practices within own specialist area that support the company’s broader financial goals.

- Can be an expert in one (or more) of the following Finance work areas: Planning, Budgeting, Pricing, Reporting, Analysis, Appraisal, Regulatory, Systems, Processes, Management Control, Internal Control, Tax, Treasury, Finance Systems, Ventures, Bid Support, or lead on key projects, Investment & Capital processes, Business case sign-off.

- Will usually have people management responsibilities.
