Director-Finance
Description
The position is a leadership role in Global Operations and Accounting team and will be responsible for owning and driving the Profiling, Payment and Accounting processes related to incentives and rebates paid to Corporate clients, Service Establishments, Co Brand and Global Prepaid partners. The position also supports the E2E accounting, settlement and reporting for In sourced accounting work related to GNS Partners.
Key responsibilities include -
- E2E management of partner payments process with ownership of all key metrics, service delivery and controls
- Driving and managing all key customer relationships and overall customer management by the team
- People leadership of ~60 people team
- Driving process transformation and key customer and internal transformation project
- Management of migration activities pertaining to similar work residing outside of the GOA organization
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant / MBA from a premier institute, with 8+ years of post qualification industry experience; Six Sigma certification a plus
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, and ability to manage multiple relationships and requirements in a matrix environment
- Ability to develop innovative solutions using a data driven approach, multiple variables and insights
- Demonstrated transformational approach to Process efficiency and effectiveness.
- An eye for detail and an ability to set up, mistake proof and sustain processes.
- Ability to think strategically, innovatively and to pursue ideas with conviction
- Excellent problem solving skills - Ability to break down a complex problem and derive a creative solution
- Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead change initiatives and motivate others
- Strong people leader, self motivator, driven and enthusiastic with a prior experience of leading large teams.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence others across business partners and people at various levels in the company
- Demonstrate maturity to respond quickly to crisis situations related to the process, customers and unique employee issues.
- Capability of thinking ' Outside The Box' with a view to increase productivity and significantly reduce cost of operations and implement initiatives towards automation / Standardization of processes
