Finance Director :

- Our Client is family-run group of businesses with a strong drive for entrepreneurship, innovation and social impact. The group continues expanding its portfolio into new industries and sectors, and is looking for exceptional individuals to join its current and future teams.

- They are looking for a CFO/MBA Finance with 10-15 years work experience post qualifications. They should have worked with startups in raising funds.

The job description is as follows :

- Experience with Wealth management, assess opportunities for growth for a Group of Companies.

- Experience working with Enterprise Valuations/Raising funds thru private equity/seed investment.

- Create new business financial models.

- Implementing fund raising strategies, engaging with investors to raise funds for the cluster of next new businesses.

- Developing a financial strategy, conducting feasibility studies, monitoring expenditure.

- Experience working with Investment bankers, HNI's, Investors to raise funds.

- Prefer someone who has worked in a start up/Investment Bank raising funds, seed investment.
