Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partnering with business team for compilation of information and documents and ensuring timely submission of RFPs for new businesses.
- Support to business team in preparing client commercials and negotiating client and vendor contracts.
- Thoroughly reviewing and finalizing client and vendor agreements by gaining a proper understanding on the scope of work and the commercials. Support the account management team with the on-going complexities of the contract and client SLA.
- Provide specialist financial and commercial advice to operational management, driving financial performance through commercially sound decision making and analysis.
- Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
- Manage a finance team for the proper and accurate accounting of daily transactions, and monthly closing of accounts, monthly reconciliation and review of various P&L and BS account balances in a monthly binder along with supporting schedules and documents. Monthly analysis of revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
- Managing revenue recognition, expense accruals, AR and AP ageing and other items in strict compliance with IPG guidelines, during monthly closing of accounts.
- Preparing and carrying out monthly financial reporting and financial statement analysis.
- Review the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct accounting issues and variances.
- Performing Client profitability analysis
- Driving the time sheet reporting process to ensure the concerned billable staff fills that regularly and correctly through periodic analysis. On monthly basis, preparation of Revenue reconciliations for fixed fee based clients using the time sheet report details
- Understanding of IPG processes and controls manual for various nature of transactions and ensuring these are complied with in each transaction. Periodically reviewing the control areas through sample check exercise and taking corrective action for deviations.
- Coordinate with account management, operations and support functions like IT, HR, Admin to supervise and support in business operations effectively.
- Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.
- Reviews and approves payments of the company.
- Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all company documents.
- Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
- Facilitating with necessary details and documents required for tax assessments, internal, statutory and tax audits and other compliances.
