Position Title: Director, Finance and Administration
Experience Range: Minimum 12+ plus years of experience
Must to have: Chartered Accountant

Finance:
- Assist in the development and preparation of the strategic business plan and annual operating budget. Provide the necessary monitoring and oversight to ensure that corrective actions are taken timely so that budgeted and forecasted results are achieved. Provide monthly variance analysis and explanation as required.
- Finalization of monthly/quarterly and yearly MIS & reporting statements to the stakeholders.
- Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices. Ensure that all company finance practices are in compliance with company policy.
- Ensure compliance of applicable taxes, viz., income tax, withholding taxes, VAT, Service Tax, etc. and all regulatory reporting is completed timely and accurately and the accounting and reporting in line with the applicable accounting standards and completion of statutory required reporting.
- Provide management oversight of staff performing AP processing of US based invoices.
Facilities/ Administration:
- Work closely and transparently with all external partners including third-party vendors
- Oversee administrative functions associated with company facilities to ensure efficient operations as the organization scales.
- Monitor the day to day administration of the Company which includes Travel, Procurement, Cafeteria, Facilities management, Transportation etc.
- Negotiate office space lease and renewals, custom clearances, equipment leases and furniture purchases;
- Coordinate equipment service, asset management as needed.
Others:
- Be a part of the executive team and take part in key decision processes and work with the business teams for achievement of business objectives.
- Leverage on past experience & network for achieving business goals.
- Be responsible for the legal function and play a proactive role on business contracting with customers, vendors and other business partner of the company.
- Manage the benefits program including health, life, renewal etc.
Skills Required / Education Qualification
Must to have: Chartered Accountant
Other Skills:
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the company mission.
- Large company experience and familiarity working with US based companies a plus.
