Director Finance & Accounts - IT Company - Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Hiring Finance Head for technology company with prior experience in technology/ IT/Startup company

- Ensure effective financial management of the business: responsible for performing all financial tasks and oversight necessary to achieve the region's mission and help execute growth plans.

- Competencies include financial accounting, reporting, management accounting, budgeting, related systems and procedures with hands on experience, cash flow and investment of funds, liaison with statutory and internal auditors, business support, key cost monitoring and Project Profitability, MIS and any administrative tasks assigned from time to time.

- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts (P and L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in fullest detail, analysis of variance of actual vs forecast.

- The development of a financial and operational strategy and metrics designed to preserve and grow company assets and report accurate financial results.

- Investment accounting, Taxation & Internal Audit Financial Systems.

- Providing strategic thought leadership for profitable growth of the organization.

- Coordinate direct the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts report variances

- Handling cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping

- Be a Qualified CA
