Director - Finance & Accounts - Investment Bank Captive

Looking for professional for leadership role in Finance & Accounting space for an Investment Bank Captive.

- Candidates from I-Bank KPOs and Big4 are preferred.

- Minimum 12 years of experience with atleast last 2/3 year in leadership role

Key responsibilities will include:

- Responsibilities include 100% books and records, own the BS and PL, manage various stakeholders such as tax, new business, front office, policy group, independently manage the audits of these entities.

- Month End, Qtr. and Year ends. reporting in Local GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP.
